Does Your Workout Make You Cringe or Smile?

Just the thought of doing a workout...the words alone can be tiring!  The thought, work and out! URGH!!!
Riding a bicycle for 20 minutes, walking in place, running up and down the stairs...and let's not forget those crunches!!!!!  Okay, I am running in the opposite direction.
                      But....that was before dancing became a terrifically fun way to get that workout!!

Do I still ride the bike, walk in place?  Yes!! But now those are my warm ups!!!  I have managed to dance off 15 pounds in 4 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Click Here!
